Contact Form Privacy Notice
This notice explains how personal data submitted through the contact and quote forms on kauzas.com is handled. It covers those forms only.

What is collected
Submitting the form processes only the following fields.

- In the quote form on the pricing page, the message field carries the choices you made in the configurator rather than free text. Those choices are shown to you in the form before you send them.
- The form contains one field that is invisible to people; it exists solely to separate automated bots, and its contents are never stored.
- To prevent automated abuse of the form, a non-reversible value derived from your connection address is stored briefly. Your IP address is not recorded as such, and because this value changes every minute it cannot be used to follow you over time.
Purpose
Solely to evaluate your enquiry and reply to you. It is not used for marketing, profiling, automated decision-making, or sale to third parties.
Legal basis
Your data is processed under Article 5/2-c of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), as directly related to the formation of a contract, and under Article 5/2-f, on the basis of our legitimate interest, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
No explicit consent is taken for this processing. The forms carry a link to this notice; there is no consent box to tick.
Where it is stored
Records are held in Amazon Web Services' Frankfurt (eu-central-1) region in DynamoDB, encrypted at rest.
The same information is also delivered as a notification to info@novadsa.com, a mailbox running on Google Workspace with the account's data location set to Europe.
Retention
Records in the database are kept for no longer than 12 months.
This period covers the database record only. Your enquiry also arrives as an email in our corporate mailbox, and that copy is not subject to the same automatic deletion; the correspondence stays in the mailbox for as long as the enquiry requires.
Recipients
Data is passed to Amazon Web Services for hosting and database services, and to Google for email. It is passed to no party other than these two providers.
Contact form data is not sent to advertising or analytics systems. Your cookie preferences on the site do not affect this form; it works the same way whether or not you have accepted cookies.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad, request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met, ask that such actions be communicated to the third parties the data was transferred to, and object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems.
Requests can be sent to the registered electronic mail address novadsabilisim@hs06.kep.tr, or to info@novadsa.com from the email address held in our records. You will receive a reply within thirty days at the latest.
